Dramawave In-App Purchase Dispute Over Unauthorized Transactions
My daughter accidentally entered my card information in the Dramawave app and made coin purchases. Starting in July, small amounts began being charged, and since September, the charges have continued regularly without my knowledge. In some transactions, around $11 was charged, while in others, extremely high amounts—such as $437–$468—were deducted from my card.
All of these transactions occurred simply after logging into the app on the phone. I did not approve any membership or purchase. Additionally, since my bank account has been closed, I am unable to access a detailed transaction history.
I have not yet contacted Dramawave or PayTR. I logged into the app using the email address “i**********@gmail.com.” I am requesting a full refund of all amounts that were charged to my card without my knowledge or authorization.
