Dramawave Subscription Activated Without Permission and Charged My Phone Bill

I discovered that a subscription to a service called Dramawave was activated on my Türk Telekom mobile line through Supportline without my permission or approval. Because of this unauthorized subscription, which started about a month ago, my phone line has been charged four times, each time $9, for a total of about $37.

After learning about the situation, I contacted Türk Telekom customer service, but they told me they could not cancel the subscription themselves and that I needed to email Supportline instead. I sent an email to Supportline requesting the cancellation of the subscription and a refund of the charges, but I have not received any response, and the deductions from my phone line have continued.

I request that this unauthorized Dramawave subscription be canceled immediately and that all unfair charges made so far be fully refunded to my mobile account.
