I purchased a weekly membership in the Drama Weva app, and today $11 was charged to my account. When I try to cancel my subscription, the cancel button in the app does not work, so I am unable to end my membership. I also tried deleting my account, but that did not resolve the issue. So far, I have not been able to reach customer service. I made the payment with my debit card and am using the app on an iPhone.
