Dramawave VIP Subscription Payment Error on Android

I am trying to purchase a VIP membership in the Dramawave app from my Android phone, but for the past month I have been receiving an error at the payment stage. When I tap on the VIP section, three paid options appear—weekly, monthly, and yearly. I select the monthly plan, but when I tap the “Subscribe” button on the payment screen, the transaction does not go through and I receive an error.

I am attempting to pay with my debit card. There is no charge or pending authorization on my card, meaning the payment fails before any amount is processed, and my membership is not activated. Since this issue has been ongoing for a long time, I have not been able to use the app properly.

I contacted customer service, but they did not fully understand the issue and did not provide a solution. I would like to be able to start a VIP membership without any problems and also learn the reason for this payment error. I request that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
