If DPD didn't show up to deliver or pick up your package, check your tracking page or the DPD app to see if there are any status changes like "delivery attempted" or "rescheduled."
If nothing shows up, you can get help right away by calling or live chating with DPD at UK number 0121 275 0500 or giving them your tracking number.
You can make a complaint directly with DPD through their website's "Make a Complaint" Help Center if the driver missed your delivery without telling you.
Include information about your package, the date, and screenshots of any texts that say delivery was missed.
