YunExpress Marked My Package as Delivered but I Never Received It

I got a delivery notification from YunExpress for my package with tracking number JZHY61044506168, but it never arrived. I’ve been looking for updates and even sent an email, but I haven’t heard anything back yet. I can't find any tracking information for my package in Turkey, and I'm completely in the dark about who received it or where it was delivered. Lack of clear information is concerning and gives the impression that the entire process is handled without care. I usually steer clear of airing grievances publicly, but this experience has made me feel overlooked and uncertain about how to proceed. I just need YunExpress to either fulfill their delivery commitment or start a proper return process.
