DoubleTree by Hilton Valet Issue

Hello, My name is Güzide Ece Akıncı I stayed at your hotel for one night on 22/06/2024. When I received my vehicle, which I handed over to the valet as intact at the hotel entrance, on 23/06/2024, I detected a large fracture in the windshield. At that time, with the knowledge of Mr. Utku, who was in charge of the valet, and Mr. Yiğit, who was in charge of the hotel, it was determined that my vehicle was damaged while under the responsibility of the valet and the attached report was kept. I was then given the contact information of Mr. Polat, who is responsible for valet services. As of that date, I was delayed every week for a different reason related to the repair of the vehicle. In our last meeting with Mr. Polat, he said that the hotel's payment day was Wednesday and that he would get back to me as soon as he heard from the operations manager. Afterwards, he said that he would get back to you in the same way, but I never received a solution. Therefore, I tried to reach the hotel operations manager via e-mail. When I contacted the service, I was informed that no return was made to them. I have been trying to manage with broken windshield for more than 3 weeks.
