What is it with calling around 9:00 pm? Please call again during working hours.

I’m writing this as both a complaint and a serious warning to Domino’s Pizza. I ordered four pizzas, and in the mozzarella-filled one, I found thin metal wire pieces embedded inside the pizza. I’ve attached photographs as proof.

This could have led to a life-threatening situation, especially since it was my children eating the pizza. If I hadn’t noticed it in time, one of them could have choked or sustained serious internal injuries. I cannot begin to imagine the consequences if something like this had lodged in someone’s throat. Who would be held responsible in that case?

This is not a minor oversight—it’s a critical food safety violation. I strongly urge Domino’s to take this matter seriously and improve their quality control immediately. No family should have to fear injury from something as basic as a pizza. Please treat this as a formal warning and act accordingly to prevent such dangerous incidents in the future.

I love Domino's and I don't prefer any other pizza brand. That's why I want what I love to be flawless and not put me in danger. I withdrew my complaint because I believe that Ms. Merve listened to me attentively and will resolve the issue.
