Domino's Pizza Takes Back Free Pizza After 65 Minutes

With order number ED1DA7, my xlarge + Fireside + Parmesan pizza arrived at the door exactly 65 minutes later. When I reminded that it was free after 30 minutes, the courier phoned the branch. After the vulgar and rude shouts of "If he is not paying, take the pizza back" coming from the phone, the courier returned without delivering the pizza. When I complained to the call center, they contacted the branch and informed me that the branch responded "We took the pizza back because the customer wanted to cancel the pizza". Why would anyone cancel a free pizza? As a result, I am complaining about this business that showed the pizza at the door and took it back 65 minutes after the order. If Domino's, which stole 2 hours of my time and left me hungry, does not eliminate my victimization, I will not even pass by its door again. I have never seen such a disgrace, such a carelessness.
