Domino’s Courier Refused Door Delivery For Pepperoni Pizza Order

At 3:05 p.m., I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and 225g of fries through the Domino’s Pizza app. After waiting for about 35 minutes, the delivery courier called and told me to pick up my order from across the street instead of bringing it to my home. Even though I had clearly entered my full delivery address, my order was not delivered to my door, which was very disappointing. I contacted customer service, but I did not receive any satisfactory response or solution. I request that this issue be properly addressed, that the necessary action be taken against those responsible, and that I receive an apology for the inconvenience.
