Domino's Pizza Fails on 30-Minute Delivery Promise

I'm done with Domino's Pizza's false promise that late deliveries within 30 minutes will get free products. In spite of what they say, the Yahya Kaptan branch always delivers my orders late, which means my pizzas are cold and I have a terrible time. It's frustrating to pay for a service that isn't worth the money. When I called the branch to talk about the problem, they were rude and told me there was nothing they could do. Worse yet, when I asked the delivery driver why they were late, they said I was lying. This can't happen! Domino's needs to keep its promise to deliver on time and be nice to its customers. It's time to try something new!
