As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Domestika customer service, but I haven’t received any response so far. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and it has caused me significant inconvenience.
I am requesting that the unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and the ₺6,081 charge be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
