Domestika Plus Unauthorized Charge – Customer Support Ignoring Refund Request

On October 18, ₺6,081 was charged from my Papara card without my permission for a Domestika Plus subscription. I never started any membership, and this transaction occurred without my knowledge or consent. The transaction number is 4406938365.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Domestika customer service, but I haven’t received any response so far. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and it has caused me significant inconvenience.

I am requesting that the unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and the ₺6,081 charge be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
