Domestika Charged Me Without Warning by Forcing a Plus Membership I Never Agreed To

On April 2, 2025, I purchased a course on Domestika for ₺29. That was it—just a one-time course. But on May 3, 2025, I was shocked to see that $103.66 (around ₺3,400) had been withdrawn from my credit card. Apparently, Domestika signed me up for a Plus membership without my permission or any prior notice.

I never agreed to any subscription, never clicked on anything that suggested a recurring charge, and there were no warning emails or messages to inform me this would happen. I find this practice completely unethical. To make matters worse, I can’t reach anyone at Domestika to fix the issue. It feels like they’ve intentionally made it impossible to contact real support.

I am demanding that Domestika immediately cancel this unauthorized Plus subscription and fully refund the $103.66 they took from my account. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will pursue every legal option available. You cannot charge people without consent and then disappear when they ask for help.
