Charged $140 for Domestika Premium Without Permission

On August 30, 2024, $140 USD (₺5,790) was charged to my credit card by Domestika without my knowledge or consent, and my account was automatically upgraded to a Premium membership. I discovered this transaction on September 2, 2024.
Immediately after noticing the charge, I contacted Domestika’s customer support via email, and I was informed that I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, no reply or assistance has been provided even after that period passed.
My order number is C49379112T32101426, and the payment was made using my virtual credit card, which I have since canceled for security reasons. I have never experienced such an issue before.
I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of the $140 USD that was charged without my approval.
