Domestika Charged Me for Plus Without Consent Even Though My Card Wasn’t Saved

I had purchased a few courses on Domestika in the past and was generally satisfied—until now. Without my knowledge or consent, Domestika signed me up for their Plus membership and charged ₺4000 to my credit card. What’s even more outrageous is that my card was not even saved in my account. So how did they manage to charge it?

To make matters worse, this happened on Saturday, May 3rd—a day I didn’t even open the app. I never agreed to any subscription, and I certainly didn’t authorize this payment. Since then, I’ve been trying to find someone to speak to, but there's no way to reach proper support. It's like they’ve made it impossible to contact a real person when things go wrong.

Domestika, this is unacceptable. You charged me ₺4000 without permission, with no warning, no invoice, and no confirmation. I demand a full refund and an explanation for how you accessed my card details when I didn’t even save them. This feels like a serious violation of trust. Others should be extremely cautious—if it happened to me, it could happen to anyone.
