Domestika Charged $140 Without Consent – Requesting Plus Membership Refund
In September 2025, I purchased the “Introduction to Fashion Styling” course on Domestika as a one-time payment. However, at no point during or after the transaction was I informed about any Plus membership or subscription plan.
On October 16, 2025, a charge of $140 was withdrawn from my bank card without my knowledge or consent for an annual Plus membership.
As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I contacted Domestika’s customer service via email, but I only received an automated response and no solution has been provided so far. Since I was never informed or asked for approval regarding any membership or recurring payment, I am requesting a full refund for my order C49955210T32741456.
The email associated with my account is z*******@gmail.com**, and the payment was made by debit card. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
