Domencr.com Never Delivered My Order and Still Has Not Issued My Refund





I placed an order on domencr.com on 26 March 2026, paid a total of 24.94, and never received my package in Union, Ohio, USA. Since I did not receive any delivery or clear information about the status of my order, I requested a refund. Starting from November 2025, I have sent approximately 34 emails to domencr.com customer service. However, I have only received automated responses that repeat the refund policy and state that banks are in high demand and processing refunds, without any concrete information about my specific order or refund. I have not been informed whether my refund has been approved, rejected, or even started. I request that my payment of 24.94 be refunded without any further delay and that I be provided with a clear written confirmation of this refund process. I also expect to be informed transparently about the status of my order and why the product was never delivered.
