Domencr.com Never Delivered My Order and Still Has Not Issued My Refund

I placed an order on domencr.com on 26 March 2026, paid a total of 24.94, and never received my package in Union, Ohio, ...USA. Since I did not receive any delivery or clear information about the status of my order, I requested a refund. Starting from November 2025, I have sent approximately 34 emails
