My recent bad experience with the Dollar Rental Car location in Las Vegas has prompted me to write this letter to alert others about the company. I had a terrible experience with their billing on March 21st when I leased a car from them. The double billing happened to me as well, just like it did to another reviewer. Worse worse, the second fee was twice as much as advertised. Customer service has been useless and uncaring during my weeks-long attempt to remedy this issue. Despite possessing evidence of the transaction, they assert that they were never paid in the first place. I am really bothered and stressed out by this circumstance. Dollar Rental Car has intolerable secrecy and terrible service. In order to avoid similarly annoying situations, I highly suggest that folks look into different rental providers.
