Dollar Car Rental in Abu Dhabi Airport Delayed Deposit Refund Despite Multiple Follow-ups

I rented a car from Dollar Car Rental at Abu Dhabi Airport, and despite numerous emails and follow-ups, they still haven’t refunded the deposit they charged. Every time I reached out, they kept delaying and giving me excuses. Attached are the email correspondences.

I am so frustrated with this situation that I am prepared to escalate the matter to the authorities in Dubai if this is not resolved immediately.
