Dollar Rent a Car Dubai Charged My Credit Card After Vehicle Return

I rented a car from Dollar Rent a Car at Dubai Airport Terminal 2 on 12/10 under the name Ramiz Istanbullu, with agreement number DA2S98172. I returned the vehicle in good condition, and at the time of return, all amounts such as fuel, Salik, and any other charges were fully settled at the airport. Despite this, I later noticed additional charges on my credit card a couple of weeks after the rental ended. The charges were 25.45 USD on 03/11/2025 and 38.51 USD on 06/11/2025. When I contacted you, I received an email stating that the most recent charge of 138.6 AED on 04/11/2025 was not correct and that it related to Parkonic parking charges, which had already been charged to me previously. I was informed that a refund would be processed by your accounts team and that I should receive the amount back to my credit card within 14 working days. However, no refund has been received to date. I have tried to reach you multiple times by phone and email after this response, but I have not received any reply or update. I find this situation very disappointing, especially after being clearly told that the charge was incorrect and would be refunded. I request that the incorrect charges related to this rental, including the 138.6 AED Parkonic amount already acknowledged as wrong, be refunded to my credit card without further delay and that I receive a clear written clarification regarding all extra charges applied after the car was returned.
