Dolce & Gabbana Pants Faded After 1 Wash! High Price, Low Quality!

I purchased a pair of pants from the Dolce Gabbana store at Zorlu Center, but the color faded after the initial wash. The product underwent inspection, and after a 3-month wait, the response indicated it was deemed user error and therefore not eligible for return. Even though it's labeled as dry clean only, the company refuses to accept it. I can't believe that a product purchased at such a high price could have such low quality and there's no one available to help with the problem. It's disheartening to witness loyal customers being treated unjustly by such a well-known company. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I have decided not to shop here anymore.
