Dmwin UPI Deposit Not Credited

I deposited 200 Rs to my Dmwin game wallet on 22 March at around 1:40 PM via UPI, and the amount was debited from my bank account, but it did not appear in my Dmwin app balance. On my side, the transaction shows as successfully debited, yet the game wallet balance has not been updated. I contacted Dmwin customer support multiple times about this, but my request was rejected each time and the issue was not resolved. I do not have any issue with your app or services apart from this transaction; I simply want my money back. I kindly request that you refund the 200 Rs to my UPI ID razza***@ybl as soon as possible.
