Dmwin Game Wallet Not Updated After UPI Payment

I recently made two balance transfer deposits to Dmwin game via the PhonePe UPI app, one for ₹3,000 and another for ₹2,000, with the intention of adding funds to my game balance. These transfers were made approximately two hours ago, but the amounts have still not been credited to my Dmwin account. After noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted support and was informed that the order was rejected and not received. However, the payments were initiated from my side, and this situation has left me uncertain about where my money is and why the deposits failed. I request that my payments for ₹3,000 and ₹2,000 be checked urgently and either credited properly to my DMWIN game account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the order was rejected to avoid similar issues in the future.
