Paytm UPI Failed - DMWin Not Refunded

I made a UPI payment of ₹200 through the Paytm app on 17 February 2026 to a DM Win account. The transaction failed, but the amount was debited from my account and has still not been refunded. The UPI transaction reference number shown in Paytm is 397445700439. It has been three days since the failed transaction, and the ₹200 has not been credited back to my bank account. I have not yet received any explanation or resolution within the usual time frame for reversal of failed UPI transactions, and I have not been able to get my money back through the app. I request that this failed transaction be checked urgently and that the debited amount of ₹200 be immediately refunded to my bank account. I also expect a clear confirmation once the refund has been processed.
