The transaction showed as failed on the Dmwin wallet side, but the amount was debited from my bank account through Paytm. My game ID is 214712. Despite the money being deducted, the ₹1,200 has still not been credited to my Dmwin game wallet balance.
I respectfully request that the ₹1,200 be credited to my Dmwin game wallet for gameplay use in connection with this failed recharge as soon as possible.
