On January 25, 2026, I made an online payment of 10,000 INR via Paytm to Dmwin as an in-game deposit for my account with ID 4276998. The payment was successfully completed in Paytm under transaction ID 298976815671, but the amount has still not been credited to my Dmwin game account.
Even though the payment was deducted from my Paytm balance, my Dmwin balance has not increased, and I did not receive the in-game deposit I paid for. I contacted Dmwin customer support regarding this issue, but they have not provided any meaningful assistance or effective solution, and my problem remains unresolved.
I am requesting that the 10,000 INR paid via Paytm under transaction ID 298976815671 be credited immediately to my Dmwin account (ID 4276998), or that the full amount be refunded to my Paytm account without any further delay.
