I deposited Rs. 10,000 in 1Win, but it was credited to my gaming balance instead. I attempted to contact the support team, and they asked me to send the screenshot/transaction details from the app I used to deposit the funds, which I did. However, I have not received any communication from the 1Win support team since then.
