Dm Win Account Not Accessible and ₹5,100 Balance Missing

I am using the Dm win platform from Lucknow, and today I encountered a serious issue with my account and funds. I initially deposited ₹500 on the platform and won ₹4,100, bringing my total balance to ₹5,100. However, shortly after this, my balance was no longer displayed correctly, and now I am completely unable to log in to my account.

At this point, I have no access to my Dm win account at all, and I am extremely concerned about the ₹5,100 that should be available in my balance. I have tried to reach customer support but have not received any response or assistance regarding this issue.

I request that my Dm win account be restored immediately so that I can log in again and that my full balance of ₹5,100 be returned to me without any delay. I expect this matter to be investigated urgently and for both my account access and funds to be secured as soon as possible.
