Dm Win Deposit Not Credited After ₹1000 UPI Payment for Wingo Game

I made a ₹1000 deposit on March 7, 2026, via UPI to play the Wingo game on the Dm Win platform, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.
My registered mobile number on Dm Win is 93897055**. The payment was successfully completed from my side through UPI, yet the balance has not appeared in my Dm Win account.
I request that the ₹1000 deposit be credited to my Dm Win account immediately, or that the issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
I also expect a prompt response and a clear explanation of why the payment was not reflected in my account even though the UPI transaction was successful.
