If your withdrawal from DMWin isn’t processed after you won real money and you want to demand a solution:
• Check your withdrawal status in the DMWin account (pending/under review/approved/rejected) and note the exact date and time of the request.
• Review DMWin’s withdrawal rules: minimum/maximum limits, wagering requirements, KYC/verification, and approved payment methods.
• Make sure your account is fully verified (ID, address, payment method ownership) and that your personal details match exactly.
• Confirm the withdrawal method details (wallet/email/IBAN/card), as even a small mismatch can block payouts.
• Gather evidence: withdrawal ID, amount, balance before/after, screenshots of the status, bonus terms, and any chat/email replies.
Ask them to:
• Confirm whether your withdrawal has been approved and actually sent, and provide a transaction/reference ID.
• Explain clearly if it’s on hold (KYC, bonus rollover, security review, internal checks) and what exact steps are needed to release it.
• Give a realistic ETA based on their own terms, not generic replies.
• Process the withdrawal immediately or return the funds to your playable balance if they cannot pay.
