Deposit Successfully Completed But Not Credited In DMwin Account

I am writing regarding a deposit issue I experienced with Dmwin. On May 20, I made a UPI deposit of ₹2500 through Paytm to my Dmwin account, but the amount has still not been credited to my ID. The payment shows as successfully completed on my side, and the transaction reference number is 306502385191. I contacted Dmwin customer support about this issue and was told that the payment was not received on their end. However, I have made many successful deposits before using the same UPI method and details, which makes this situation worrying and unacceptable for me. I kindly request that Dmwin urgently investigate this transaction using the provided reference number, confirm the status with the payment provider if necessary, and either credit the ₹2500 to my Dmwin account or refund the amount to my original payment method as soon as possible.
