I purchased the DJI Mini 4 Pro just four days ago, but right from the initial setup, I encountered a serious issue. During activation, the device kept showing a “server error (-2)” message, repeatedly asking me to try again. After checking online forums, I discovered that many users worldwide are facing the exact same problem. DJI’s support hasn’t provided any clear answers about the root of this error, but it seems to be a persistent server issue. Even authorized service centers confirmed it’s a server problem and advised me to return the device. However, I'm concerned that a replacement might come with the same error. DJI, as a leading brand, urgently needs to resolve this issue to restore user confidence.
