DistroKid Removed My Entire 52-Song Catalogue Without Warning, Need Solution

I am an independent artist who has been using DistroKid for digital music distribution. Without any prior notice, DistroKid removed my entire catalogue of 52 releases from streaming platforms and informed me that I would no longer be able to upload music through their service. In their written response, DistroKid stated only that the streaming platforms had requested the removal of my releases and advised me to use another distributor. The message in the attached screenshot does not identify any specific platform, does not state any alleged policy or rule violation, does not provide any evidence supporting the decision, and does not explain how I can appeal or request a review. When I contacted support, I was told only that the streaming platforms had requested the removal of my releases and that the stores would no longer accept releases submitted via DistroKid for my account. DistroKid did not specify DMCA, suspicious activity, copyright infringement, artificial streaming or any concrete policy violation. They also did not identify which platforms made this alleged request, did not provide any evidence, and did not offer any kind of appeal or review process. I learned on 25 July 2026 that all of my songs had been taken down, but I was never informed of the exact removal dates because there was no notification at or before the time of removal. This situation has severely harmed my ability to reach listeners and continue my work as an artist, while leaving me completely in the dark about what actually happened and how to fix it. I find it unacceptable that my entire catalogue can be removed and my access to the service effectively terminated without a clear, specific and documented reason. I request a complete and detailed written explanation of why all 52 of my releases were removed, including the names of all platforms involved, the exact policies or rules allegedly violated on each platform, and any evidence or documentation that supports these claims. I also request access to a fair and transparent appeal or review process and reinstatement of my releases if no valid violation can be demonstrated. If DistroKid refuses to restore my catalogue or allow me to continue using the service, I additionally request a refund of my recent membership upgrade, assistance in preserving and exporting all my release data (including ISRCs, UPCs and royalty records), and a clear explanation of how I can transfer my catalogue to another distributor without further loss. I expect DistroKid to review this situation urgently, provide a specific and transparent explanation, and either reinstate my releases or support me in transitioning my catalogue elsewhere in a way that protects my work and my rights as an artist.
