DHL Shipment Tracking Code Not Updating

I am very frustrated with DHL regarding a shipment sent to me from Germany to Istanbul. Over 10 days ago, my friend sent the package and provided me with a tracking code. However, every time I check the tracking system, it shows vague or no updates about the package’s location.

This situation is unacceptable, as the package should have already arrived in Istanbul by now. I can’t understand what is causing the delay, and there is no clear information available. I expect DHL to provide immediate clarification about my shipment’s status and deliver it as soon as possible. Clear communication and reliable service are essential, and this experience has been deeply disappointing.
