Dewalt Online Sent The Wrong Tool With Missing Pieces

I spent 1399 Turkish Lira for a device that I purchased from Dewaltbox.com that included five heads. However, MNG Kargo delivered a product that was completely unrelated to the shipment, what came to me has nothing to do with what I ordered. This circumstance made me the victim and caused me to lose money in an unjust manner, I should not be the one wasting time and getting hurt because of their inconsiderate behavior. I am writing to urge that Dewaltbox.com rectify this error and offer assistance to other consumers who may find themselves in a similar predicament to myself. I do ask that the appropriate actions will be made as quickly as feasible in order to rectify this circumstance. I am grateful for letting me share my experience here.
