My Philips HR1372/90 hand blender set is giving me a lot of trouble because the main motor isn't working right. After calling the service center, they told me that they can't fix it, which was a bummer. Now I have to wonder if the whole set is useless because it all depends on the main body. It looks like this product can only be used for another 2+2 years. If I had known this before, I would have chosen brands that put customer satisfaction first, offer spare parts, and provide service support for a long time. It's frustrating to put money into a product only to have a big problem come up with no clear way to fix it. Philips, you've disappointed me.
