Warranty Denial for Dell XPS 13 9380 Laptop Screen Replacement
Four years ago, I purchased the Dell XPS 13 9380 laptop as it belonged to Dell's professional series, intending to use it for many years.
After a relatively short period of four years, the screen developed a defect, and I took the device to the authorized service center for repair. A fee of 29,500 ₺ + VAT was charged for the screen replacement. Despite the issue not being caused by user error, I could not receive any support from Dell customer support.
The fact that Dell charges such a high fee for a defect not caused by user error does not align with a customer-oriented approach. I am very disappointed by this experience and am considering not purchasing Dell products in the future.
