I’ve been experiencing a recurring display issue on my Dell Inspiron laptop since the day I bought it. Whenever I play games, the screen flickers—briefly going black and then turning back on every few seconds. This issue doesn’t just occur in Silkroad Online but in every game I play, and it has persisted from day one.
To resolve the problem, I contacted Dell technical support through their online help platform. The support team performed a software update, but the issue remained. I then requested a hardware replacement, yet that request was denied. Even though my device is still under warranty, the problem continues without resolution.
