I purchased the Dell G15 5511 laptop and have been using it exclusively with an external keyboard and mouse on my desk since the purchase. The first time I wanted to use the built-in keyboard, I found that the letters 'ç' and 'ş' were not working.
On 27.09.2023, I took the device to the authorized service center for general maintenance and keyboard repair. I was told that the product would return within 20 days. After 20 days, when checking the technical service form, I encountered the error 'no entry found for the product.'
I called the service, and they informed me that there were issues with their systems and that the device's keyboard needed to be replaced. However, they mentioned that the replacement part from Dell Turkey had not arrived yet. When I contacted Dell Turkey, I was told that the replacement part was not in stock, it had to come from abroad, and this process would take about a month.
As someone reliant on a computer, I went a month without my laptop and had to get a desktop PC to continue my work. Until today, I have heard nothing about my device, and there is no record of the device on the service center's website.
A company without spare parts and an authorized service center that doesn't know whether parts are available or not. If they had at least said they didn't have the spare part or would place an order and install it when it arrives. I think it was a mistake to take the device for service and choose this brand. The service time has passed and is ticking away; now we will have to take legal action. I never expected to be so affected.
