Dell Does Not Replace Its Defective Computer

I encountered a problem with the camera on my Dell computer at the end of the first year. I initially ignored it for six months, thinking it was a software issue. Six months before the warranty expired, I formatted the computer, but my camera still didn't work. I sought support from Dell, and after numerous formatting attempts, my camera was replaced four times, and the motherboard once, yet the problem persists. I've requested a product replacement, but they're delaying it due to my warranty nearing expiration. Dell, a brand I trusted for its computer service, has let me down. I can't even begin to describe the time and effort wasted on resetting the computer and reinstalling the software for every attempted fix. This experience has been a major disappointment, and I deeply regret choosing Dell.

The service is coming back and looking at it again. They say to contact the place where you bought it because the product, which still has 2 months of warranty left, is out of warranty. I have never seen such carelessness. The camera has been changed 3 times, and the motherboard has been changed once. The computer has been opened and closed so many times that, so to speak, it looks distorted. They say they can't do anything. Solve my problem? No. Exercise my legal right to replace the product? No.
