I bought Dell 3515 in June 2022.In the first few months, service came 2 times.In the first one, the cover was broken and they changed it.In the second one, the sound did not come, the service came and the parts were changed again.Now it is constantly freezing and the sound has completely disappeared.The device I just bought has become garbage in 2-3 months.There are no parts left unchanged.Now the service will come again and the device will be opened again and parts will change again. As if I found a product from the garbage dump, I have a laptop that is constantly repaired.This is the last of the 6 or 7 laptops I have used in the last 25 years.All of them were Dell.I still have 3 laptops from the old Dell in my warehouse.But this last Dell made me hate it.Now they will come again, they will disassemble the device and change parts again.But this time I will sue.Or they will replace the device with a new one and apologize.
