Dell G2422HS Monitor Malfunctioned After 16 Months, No Support Provided



I purchased a Dell G2422HS monitor from Gaming Gen and used it for 16 months. The first issue appeared in the 4th month: the monitor's rear panel buttons seemed to activate automatically, causing settings to pop up on the screen uncontrollably. Although it didn’t happen frequently, I managed to work around it.
By the 16th month, the monitor developed a major issue with pixel distortion. I reached out to the appropriate channels via email, but no response was provided. When I attempted to call, no one answered. Additionally, there is no warranty service in Bursa, leaving me completely stuck.
I strongly advise against purchasing Dell products. This experience has made me lose trust in the brand’s quality and support. I’ll be switching to Asus for my next monitor. Save yourself the frustration—think twice before choosing Dell.
