Deichmann Refuses Responsibility Over Nike Shoes Worn Out Within 30 Minutes of Wear

So, basically, on April 30, 2023, I was super stoked when I bought a dope pair of Nike kicks from the Ankamall store in Ankara. I had no idea that after just 30 minutes of wearing them, my feet would be hurting like crazy. These supposedly fancy shoes totally wrecked my feet. Man, I've got blisters and sore spots all over the place! And to top it off, the toe area got totally messed up. Can you believe how bummed and annoyed I was? It's like, indescribable. I was so determined to get justice that I quickly sent the shoes in for inspection on May 5, 2023. So, like, today I got this super annoying verdict - they're saying the shoes are totally fine and I can just return them to the store. Do they seriously think I'm some kinda shoe-wearing magician?  I dropped a grand and three on these kicks, hoping they'd hold up. the customer rep, Ms. S***, was no help at all. It was like having a screen door on a submarine. Thanks for nada, Ms. S***!
