The jeans I bought from DeFacto fell apart in 4 months. The hole that started in the corner of the back pocket of the jeans I bought in November 2024 (I had it patched at the tailor) then fell apart in February from the waistband area to the crotch while I was wearing them (it split). I made my complaint to DeFacto by phone, after they learned that they were washed at 40 *c twice, they got back to me and found me at fault because they were not washed at 30 *c as described. The weird part is that there was no washing recipe for the pants. I asked them to at least ask me for the product and do a physical check, they ignored my objection. I have been using jeans since the 1970s and I have never witnessed such an incident. Jeans are sturdy, they never tear or wear out. These pants literally melted like self-destructing bags, the fabric came apart at the seams. I am attaching the photos. DeFacto sold very poor quality products and did not even deign to inspect them, I have a complaint!
