DeFacto Printed Shirt Peeling After First Wash – Exchange Request
On 29.04.2026 I purchased a printed shirt from the Defacto store in Ankara Ankamall AVM. After the very first wash, the prints on the back started to peel off. In total I have only washed it three times and worn it three times, but the back print is already badly damaged. I think a product that deteriorates in such a short time and with such light use is defective. I request that my shirt be accepted as a defective product and that it be exchanged with a new.
