Pull & Bear Refuses an Exchange Over a Tag That Was Missing at Purchase

I'm experiencing a serious issue with a t-shirt I purchased from the Pull & Bear store at Maltepe Piazza AVM on 06/27/20...26. Shortly after buying the product, I noticed a clear tear/defect at the back of the neck area, which I believe stems from a manufacturing fault. I then went to the store request
