The North Face T-Shirt Logo Peeled Off After One Wash
On July 21, 2025, I purchased a The North Face t-shirt from one of the brand’s stores (Invoice/Order No: 002337469, t:03692773, b:1419 s:4670). I wore the t-shirt only twice on different days and washed it once, strictly following the washing instructions on the label. However, after washing, the printed logo completely peeled off, leaving the product unusable. I’ve been buying and washing similar products for years and have never experienced this issue before.
I took the t-shirt back to the store, and they said they would send it for inspection regarding my exchange request. They shared photos of the product via WhatsApp, but my initial request was rejected. I asked them to resubmit it, yet the second request was also denied. I paid 32 for this product, and it’s truly disappointing that such a well-known brand would offer something that deforms so quickly and then refuses to replace it.
I strongly believe this product is defective and request that it be exchanged immediately.
