Umingle Support Appeal System Is Missing After My Account Ban

I have been using Umingle on both my Android phone and my Android laptop, mainly in the random chat section, to meet international friends. Two days ago, my account was suddenly banned. The only information I saw was that it was related to “gender asking”, but I was not asking anyone about their gender, and I believe this is a misunderstanding. Because of this ban, I cannot access my account, and I am unable to use the random chat feature at all. I have not been able to find a way to contact support or submit an appeal inside the app, so I am writing this complaint to explain my situation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned. I want to continue using Umingle to make international friends, and I am willing to follow all community guidelines. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of what triggered this ban so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
