Decathlon Swim Goggles Suffer Leakage, No Support

I just bought swim goggles from Decathlon, but they leak water on the surface and even at a shallow depth of half a meter, which is disappointing. I tried to get help from their customer service, but the answer I got was disappointing. They told me to only use the goggles on the surface of the water and when swimming in shallow water. Seriously? I'm not diving 5 or 10 meters deep; I'm only diving 1 meter deep or not at all. It's not right! When I asked for a different pair, they told me to use the goggles on land or on the surface of the water. This can't happen! I want Decathlon to either give me my money back or send me a pair of swim goggles that work.
